At Stil Nordisk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags, labels, and accessories included

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

We will reply with detailed return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
    The amount depends on the shipping carrier you choose.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (defective item, wrong item received), Stil Nordisk will cover all return shipping costs.

This distinction is required by OceanPayment for compliance.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (size or product), please contact us before sending the return.
We will assist you based on product availability.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn clothing

  • Items without original packaging

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective)

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
